Ouch.

I have shin splints again. I had them when I ran track and had to get insoles for my shoes. I just bought these new shoes but perhaps because I've increased my exercise activity in the last few weeks, they are coming back anyway.

Only 6 and a half miles run this week and I may have to scale it back. :(

Yuck! Those are the worst. I used to get them when I played soccer in HS. Lots of advil is the only cure I know of.
